Established in 1971 in North Carolina and incorporated as a separate non-profit, church-affiliated seminary in 1975, St. Andrew’s Theological College and Seminary is the oldest continuously running theological seminary in the continuing Anglican movement in the United States. Many of the bishops and leaders of the “Anglican Continuum” are past students and graduates of St. Andrew’s. Although our primary objective is to train priests for The Orthodox Anglican Communion®, students from other faith traditions are welcomed.
